Customer Support Representative
Candidates must have at least one year's experience providing support
for commercial or customized software applications, either in person or
via a help-desk operation. Successful applicants must be well organized
with strong troubleshooting skills, able to interact successfully with a
wide variety of callers, and should possess a sound understanding of
business systems, web browsers and email.
