Candidates must have sound technical background in databases and Internet technology, plus proven experience managing web-application design projects. Strong knowledge of accounting principles desirable. Excellent communication skills are mandatory. Prefer someone experienced with the Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) for software development.
